For carrying the essential: S.P.U.'s, Hip Packs, Lemans and Saturn.
Small Backpacks: Mapa and Mini Holden.
Medium bags and backpacks: Cosmic, Tokio and Lupita.
Big backpacks: Holden and Haddock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?
If you have a fabric backpack you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.
If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.
ARE ÖLEND PRODUCTS WATERPROOF?
Water-resistant, but not 100% waterproof! But they do resist a lot of water; while we wouldn’t recommend taking them swimming, you’ll be totally fine if you ever find yourself caught in the rain!

Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you are unsure about whether your order has been successfully placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP so if you wish to cancel your order contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you. Please note that cancellations are only possible for a very limited time after an order has been placed, so we cannot guarantee that it can be done.
CAN YOU INCLUDE GIFT NOTES?
Of course! Whether the order is a surprise or your recipient is expecting it, we’re happy to include a standard personalized message with each product, free of charge.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer home deliveries and delivery to your nearest pick-up point. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona and dispatched within 48 hours on business days (not including Spanish public holidays).
Free shipping in Spain and Portugal, and in Europe from 150€ orders. For other shipping fees please introduce your address in the check out.
When ordering to countries outside the EU and UK, you will need to pay import tax and duty according to local rules.

If you decide that your new ÖLEND product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 60 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or asterisks. We only ask that the product is not used.

MY BAG HAS DEVELOPED A FAULT, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are sorry to hear this! We offer a two year warranty on bags bought in any of our own stores (physical and online). If you bought it online please send a photo of the bag to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order number, or the email address used when placing the order. Depending on the fault and when you bought your bag we will either replace you with a new bag or refund you for the cost of the repair. If you need any spare parts please let us know and we can send them to you. We designed our products to last so anytime, anywhere please contact us if you have a problem with your Ölend.
