Great daily/travel backpack

Needed a bag that would be big enough for my 16" Macbook and this bag offers ample of space. It's amazing how many things can fit inside the bag, love the internal pockets as well.

Would be great to see improvements on the following:
> Add more padding on the laptop pocket. I'm a bit nervous putting my laptop naked in the pocket because of lack of padding, but even a slim sleeve on the laptop won't fit inside the pocket otherwise. I am putting my trust on the construction of the bag.

> The material used for adjustable strap on the roll top is quite thick and hard to adjust on the hardware. Due to how it's packaged for shipping, the end bit was folded and stuck out. I had to fold it the other way over three nights with a rubber band to get it somewhat straight.

Having said all that, I can't stress how much I love the size, quality and finish of the bag!! The features and pros easily outweigh the cons and I highly recommend the bag to anyone. Can't wait to take this bag on a travel.
