Love the bag in general! My one comment would be that I wish I could adjust the straps, it sits a little too low on my back. Would also love if there were other colors! Switching to a tote is very comfortable and I wish more bags had the versatility.

Super love this bag!!

Been using this bag daily for work and so far i’m loving it so much. My 16” macbook pro fits perfectly (even when it’s in my actual laptop sleeve). The backpack straps feel super comfortable on my shoulders which is a HUGE plus for me. Super love the design, material used, and weight of the bag itself.

Great quality and totally worth it. Looking forward to use it in my next travel too <3

Marvellous bag

I bought this bag to use for hand luggage on my journey from Ireland to far North Queensland…I had my doubts re suitability as it looked primarily to be a city bag but I was keen to try a back for travel…
And I was delighted ..the bag is lightweight with so many compartments for all travel paraphernalia and the sand colour is class!
With the coral mini Olend added for small necessities I was a good ad for the colourful organised smart traveller

It is just as cute as pictures! The only suggestion I might have is that the backpack strips are too far apart. I have to be create to make it not to slip off my shoulder. Also the zipper could be a little more smooth (sorry I said one) but otherwise it’s great.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
