WHAT IF MY ÖLEND IS DAMAGED?
We care a lot about the quality of our products. If you have received one of our product which is not in perfect conditions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the next 10 days after the delivery.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?
If you have a fabric backpack you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.
If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.
ARE ÖLEND PRODUCTS WATERPROOF?
Water-resistant, but not 100% waterproof! They do resist a lot of water; while we wouldn’t recommend taking them swimming, you’ll be totally fine if you ever find yourself caught in the rain!
CAN I PLACE A CORPORATE ORDER?

WHAT IS PREORDER?
It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.
** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

All products may be returned within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In this case, returns are free of charge.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked that everything is all right. Then, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Shipping and taxes costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping rates specified above will be deducted from the refunded amount, except if your product is faulty, or you received a different product from what you ordered.

MY BAG HAS DEVELOPED A FAULT, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are sorry to hear this! We offer one year warranty on bags bought in any of our online store. If you bought it online please send a photo of the bag to email@example.com, along with your order number, or the email address used when placing the order. Depending on the fault and when you bought your bag we will either replace your item or refund you for the cost of the repair. If you need any spare parts please let us know and we can send them to you. We designed our products to last, so please contact us anytime if you have a problem with your Ölend.

TUTORIAL FROM BAG TO BACKPACK
1) Untie the knots and release the straps.
2) Introduce the straps into the lateral bottom pieces of the same side.
3) Tie a knot at the end of the strap.
4) Close the top of the bag pulling from the strips.
