This Olend bag arrived just before traveling abroad, so I could take Olend bag on the way to travel.
It has a plenty of capacity to hold essentials inside. And especially what I love this bag is chic coloring:-)

No external zipper

I think the bag design is unique and would have given it a higher review if the product description had not said that it comes with an exterior zippered pocket. It’s been two weeks since I raised this discrepancy to the Olend team, and they told me that there is no mistake as the washed bag does not come with a zipper. But even though I received an apology, the site description still has not changed. I bought the bag because I thought it had a zipped pocket, so I feel shortchanged/misled and also the colour of the bag is much darker than the pictures on the site, as another review pointed out.

very cool bag, fits my laptop perfectly. However, the colour is much darker than shown on the pictures which is a bit unfortunate. But would certainly buy from the brand again.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
