I first purchased the “Mustard”. Loved it so much with tons of compliments, that I knew the BLACK was a MUST have.
THE DESIGN of bag is simply dynamic. Just the right amount of pockets that are super functional together. While zippers would be a grand benefit I think the pockets are deep enough with lots of “poof” to make them work w/o the need of zippers. It’s the perfect size for so many purposes you really can’t go wrong with this one! Only one problem-need MORE color choices! An ecru would be awesome!
Be aware of other companies selling dupes-the quality aspect of bag can only be found with the Olend brand. Be sure to order directly from the Olends website.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
