It’s the best comfortable bag I’ve ever had so far, great quality, nice texture, waterproof, nice closure, pockets inside… and the cobalt blue color is exactly the same viewed as seen in the website. I will purchase another bag for sure, quick delivery and everything arrived perfectly fine!

Best on the go bag

It was delivered as promised, about two days.
It’s very spacious and sleek, and great to store your phone and wallet in a safe way.
Comfortable for long wear and the material so far is great!

As expected! Style, quality and function. Beautiful color. Update: I do wish the pockets would fit a smart phone better. It’s just a dash too small and therefore I have to work it into the front or side pocket with a bit of force and wiggling. Note that my phone has a case on it so that probably wasn’t factored into the pocket design.

Like the bag a lot but the zipper is way to weak

That it broke after two days... To be exact the stitch is way too lose. Ölend offered a full refund on cost for repair: though it would've been nicer if it was stable as it came.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
