Great bag

Excellent! Really pleased, waterproof and lots of space

same same but different!

The description is slightly misleading. I was so excited, when I read "We took the Ona to another level." and "And of course, you’ve been asking for a zipper to seal your belongings and we deliver."

Unfortunately the description fails to mention that a key feature of the original Ona has been removed. The Ona Pro Soft Bag cannot be converted to a backpack – ironically the bag still carries a tag that says Ölend Backpacks. After having a closer look, I understand that this might not be technically feasible due to the zipper added. Still, I was not expecting it. If you call it an upgrade and the bag has the same name, it would be considerate to mention a significant difference to the original. The reason I didn't buy the original Ona, was a missing zipper. The reason I liked it in the first place, was being able to switch from cross-body bag to backpack. The Ona and Ona Pro: same same but different.

I often hesitate to use this bag when I am carrying my laptop because it's too heavy. I still love the design, the material and the colour...

Brilliant travel bag for my holidays

Thrilled with my new zip up bag, perfect for my holidays, nothing will fall out, comfortable to carry and holds loads of small bits and pieces. Brilliant.

Almost Pro

Estoy contenta con el producto, me gusta el tejido, la confección y los interiores. Aunque sé que no las lleva, me habría gustado que la versión Pro mantuviese las agarraderas inferiores para convertir en mochila. Será porque no se frunce la cremallera pero es algo que no restaba… O incluso haber dejado las dos opciones -con fruncido de cordón y haber añadido la cremallera- para no quitar esa posibilidad, pierde un poco la gracia. Para mí (163cm), me habría gustado algo más corto para que el bolsillo exterior se quede en una posición más ergonómica (aunque sea ajustable) y porque me resulta más bonito que quede más pegado al tronco que a la cadera, aunque esto es algo que se puede arreglar cortándole a las asas para que no sobre tanto. El tamaño de la bolsa y los interiores, súper bien.

Genial

Es algo más pequeño de lo que parece en foto que viene fenomenal y es aún mejor de lo que esperaba: Muy cómodo para el carro del bebé que queda fenomenal o para llevar en el día a día con los trastos del trabajo. En verano da un poco de calor pero es genial. Y blandito para los viajes poderte apoyar en el. Ahora lo quiero en más colores para usarlo para todo!

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
