I ordered my Ona bag 6 days ago because I think the product looks great.

When I made my order, the sale was ending in a few hours. I am surprised that it is still on.

The bag is very pretty I like it but I have to say that I am not happy with this kind of expensive purchase. The strap was not puffed anymore just after couple months of wear. I was not overloading it and now it doesnt look very good. I would even buy the new strap but i am worried that the same will happen again.

Not great quality and doesn’t age well

Had my bag for nearly a year. Within a month all the stuffing in the straps bulged to one side and made the whole thing look old and cheap. I tried moving it along but it always goes back and makes it very difficult to switch between backpack and sling bag because the straps are too thick to fit through the loops. Then the rest of the strap looks like a plastic bag with no stuffing. It’s also uncomfortable to wear because the stuffing is missing and as a backpack, doesn’t rest easily on the shoulders and slips off. A strong marketing campaign and the bags look nice when new but the design is not good.

WHAT IS PREORDER?

It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.

** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped.

THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

Please contact help@olend.net for information regarding stock. We do small productions, so you might sometimes find some products out of stock.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.

If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.
