왜 답장을 안주시나요....................

FPA 인보이스를 업체에서 발급해주면 관세 감면이 된다고 해서 메일, 디엠, 인스타 댓글, 공식 홈페이지 문의하기 등 할 수 있는 모든 통로로 일주일간 인보이스 요청을 드렸는데요. 인스타 포스팅은 거의 매일 올라오는데 제 연락은 모두 무시하시더라구요...도대체 왜ㅜ 발급이 안되면 발급이 어렵다고라도 회신 주실 수 있는거 아닌가요 흑.. 가방은 아직 받아보지 못했지만 cs에 너무 실망해서 속상했어요... 이 리뷰도 언젠간 지워지겠지만.. 연락 회신을 안해주실거면 contact는 왜 적어두셨나요 :( 가방..아직 받아보진 못했지만....잘..쓸게요......
