I am truly disappointed. I invested in this bag for a work bag, so for my laptop. I used it literally for a week and the inside of the 'thick' straps lost the softness. I thought I would be able to balance it out by squeezing it. Did not work. So it really hurts when I carry it but I'm refusing to throw it away because it was SO expensive!

For this price, I expected more :(

WARNING - I cant for the life of me figure out how to attach the extra straps. One strap is fully sewn on both sides making it impossible. I feel like I'm missing something here, but the company will not respond to my inquiries. No point in paying for extra straps if they are unusable. How disappointing! Big fan of the bag apart from this.

I have bought the silver one in July.2024. The bag is so cute but after around 20 times of usage, the silver color is chipping off and white under layer started to reveal. I wish I can add a picture here. I don't know whether the new version got better, but for this price, this quality is disappointing.

I bought this bag about one year ago because I wanted a cute daily bag for work/university etc. And indeed it can hold a lot! And am happy with that. My only problem is with the straps. They are horrible… the puff material filling is not stable and it keeps moving leaving some sides empty and flimsy and it is not easy to push the filling back to the other side… if someone from the Ölend team can help me out with this issue I would appreciate it.

I use it for going to work and traveling, but the water pocket and phone pocket are frustrating. A regular-sized phone and bottle don't fit, which makes it difficult to store small items separately. However, I love the idea and flexibility of the design!

I have my mini Ona for 8 months already and gifted one to a friend. I find it very comfortable stylish and useful, although I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the fittings – eg clasps. But in general I love my bag and always receive compliments about it.

I purchased the bag in the grape color. In the pictures, the color appeared to be a bright pink but in reality it is actually a dull purple

Love this, been using it for over a year. Fits everything, the main straps are great. Wouldn’t recommend as a backpack for long distances but from car to office it’s perfect.

I bought your Ona bag or two years now I have been using it a lot 'cause it's super flexible. However, I find two low points: 1) the magnetic clip sometimes is not enough to really close the bag and also not that safe and 2) tha straps tend to remain uniform, in the sense that the filling accumulates on ose side and it looks and feels not comfortable.

When I made my order, the sale was ending in a few hours. I am surprised that it is still on.

Isn’t the countdown a bit disloyal to rush and push customers to buy from you?

I honestly don’t know what to think… Should I feel cheated?

The close button detached from the bag after 24-hour usage! I tried to fix it, it detached again! 100€ is gone in 24 hours!
I like the backpack, the design! But this issue should be solved!

I have had this bag for around a year and have used it as my work bag which usually contains a laptop, various papers/ books, and my water bottle. It is durable, quite water resistant (I live somewhere very rainy), and has a lot of different pockets to put various items in. So far after a whole year of daily usage, the only thing that isn't holding up is one of my magnetic snaps on the water bottle holder, as it is coming loose.

However, I have some issues with this bag, the first of which is the strap which is not adjustable. I think it sits at an awkward length and that they should make it adjustable in the future (then I might be able to bike to work with the bag!). Secondly, I think that the water bottle holders are unusable unless you have a child sized water bottle and it just takes up extra dimensions that I think the bag interior could use. The bag doesn't have a lot of give/ stretch because of the material (which is actually good for durability), but it means you can't stuff it to the max so I have to take my lunch in a separate bag.

Overall a good work bag, I would recommend for people who usually just bring a laptop, tablet, and maybe a notebook/ book with them. I would not recommend for a university student that has to cram a million books and laptops and papers into their bag. I think it is quite comfortable and it has lasted me a year and seems like it will last a lot longer!

The hidden pocket’s zipper arrived completely sewn shut, so I couldn’t open it at all. I tried to fix it by carefully cutting some of the stitching, but that caused the entire section to come undone. Now I’ll have to get it repaired. Really frustrating and disappointing.

This is my second bag,I love love the cobalt blue 💙 and the shape,size is just perfect,now I am dreaming about orange one 🤩

I reveived my laptop sleeve today and i am not totally convinced. For info i have a macbook air 15 pouce (M3 for size reference). I choose the 15-16" size and of course the laptop swings a bit inside which is not the best for protection. More to this i thought (wrongly) that the padding will be full and overall mot structured/ rigid for maximum prtection which is not the case, it looks like a cheap puffer jacket that have seen better days, really flimsy and thin. A friend of mine have the ona bag and it has more padding that this pouch!
For the positive it has a built-in pouch to put the hub, charger, mouse, etc..
Overall for the price you paid i will say that this is not worth the price. ( + it's made in china, + 30%cotton70%polyester ( fort he stripped one). A lot of things that don't feel like 50 bucks.
But it's cute... since i know how the sew i think i will put some neoprene padding in to had structure and protectiveness.
( and please add some packshots to show the inside ! And he " non structured" because this is lacking)

I’ve been using the Ölend Large Ona Soft Bag and overall, it’s been a solid companion. The spacious capacity is one of its best features—perfect for daily use or short trips. The material feels premium and the overall texture gives off a sense of durability and comfort. What really stands out is the shoulder strap; it has a puffy, cushiony feel that makes even a heavy load surprisingly easy to carry.

However, there were some disappointments upon arrival. I noticed multiple loose threads sticking out and the metal buckle already showed signs of wear. These details detracted from the first impression of a brand-new product.

There’s definitely room for improvement. For one, the interior layout could benefit from more compartments to better organize contents. Also, the zippered pocket on the inside should ideally be on both sides rather than just one—it would make the design more balanced and functional.

In summary, while the bag performs well in terms of comfort and capacity, some refinements in craftsmanship and interior design would elevate the experience.

I wanted to love this one so hard! got it to be my daily work bag but unfortunately it does not fit my laptop (macbook pro 14 inch) comfortably. The bag stretches out and becomes uncomfortable to access, and it does not close properly with the computer inside.
Apart from that, it's a very lovely bag and feels very light and nice. Colour (cherry red) was a bit dull compared to the pics but still very pretty and warm.
I will probably be buying the standard Ona which i'll keep of it does not feel "too big" on me :)

The bag is very pretty I like it but I have to say that I am not happy with this kind of expensive purchase. The strap was not puffed anymore just after couple months of wear. I was not overloading it and now it doesnt look very good. I would even buy the new strap but i am worried that the same will happen again.

Compré el Micro Ona en cherry red de cuero vegano y es una monada. Además aunque sea chiquitito caben más cosas de lo que parece (gafas de sol, cartera, protector solar, lip combo y botellita de agua/paraguas pequeño). Estoy contentísima con él :)

Had my bag for nearly a year. Within a month all the stuffing in the straps bulged to one side and made the whole thing look old and cheap. I tried moving it along but it always goes back and makes it very difficult to switch between backpack and sling bag because the straps are too thick to fit through the loops. Then the rest of the strap looks like a plastic bag with no stuffing. It’s also uncomfortable to wear because the stuffing is missing and as a backpack, doesn’t rest easily on the shoulders and slips off. A strong marketing campaign and the bags look nice when new but the design is not good.
